At Mahesh Designers, we carefully check every product before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in good condition.
No Returns or Replacements
All products sold by Mahesh Designers are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
We do not accept returns or replacements for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Colour variations due to screen or lighting differences
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, cut, or stitched
Replacements are acceptable for:
- Damaged or defective products. Only with the product unpacking video within 1-2 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided after the order has been shipped or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
If a payment is successfully deducted but the order is not placed due to a technical issue, please contact us with your payment details and order information.
